Designed for passionate cooks and demanding professionals, it combines robustness, comfort, and longevity. Thanks to its end-grain wood and discreet chute, it withstands anything — without ever sacrificing elegance.

🌳 End grain wood & selected Breton wood species:
Each Menez chopping block is handcrafted in Saint-Briac from a blend of oak, chestnut, walnut, pear, maple, or cherry wood. This mix of woods gives each piece a vibrant, warm, and unique character.

Its low weight and well-thought-out proportions make Menez stable and pleasant to use on a daily basis, even for intense cutting.

End grain, cut from the vertical grain of the wood, offers an ultra-resistant and self-healing surface, ideal for preserving your blades. A narrow channel allows you to collect juices or liquids without hindering your cutting.

🧴 Maintaining your chopping block:
To maintain the quality of your board, oil it once a month with a few drops of cooking oil or our 100% natural maintenance balm . Apply the oil or balm evenly with a cloth until fully absorbed by the wood, making sure to treat all surfaces.
To preserve durability, avoid using your board as a trivet and do not leave it soaking in the sink, as this could weaken the joints.
