It is in Saint-Briac-sur-Mer , in Brittany, that Nicolas handcrafts, with passion and precision, quality cutting boards from carefully selected raw wood.
Each piece is the result of meticulous craftsmanship, carried out in our workshop with attention to detail and respect for the material. From raw material to finished product, several steps are necessary to create unique, durable, and aesthetically pleasing boards.
The wood recovered from the sawmill
The selection of tree species
We collaborate with a local family sawmill , which allows us to source exclusively Breton wood . This approach guarantees traceability, supports the local economy, and respects the natural cycles of the forests.

Woodworking
Once the wood is selected, each plank is jointed, planed, cut, and shaped by hand . This process creates planks and logs with clean lines , both robust and elegant. No two pieces are alike: each grain, each knot tells a story.

The finishing touches
After careful sanding for a soft and comfortable feel, we apply a natural oil that protects and nourishes the wood, bringing out its full beauty. The wood's fibers and nuances are thus highlighted, revealing their unique character.
